William Joseph Gross IV, 73, of Green Bay, passed away on May 26, 2013.
He was born on March 26, 1940, to the late William & Noraine (Biebel) Gross .
Bill was a graduate of St. Norbert College.
Bill served in the United States Army in the medical service corps, reaching the rank of First Lieutenant.
He married Janet H. Sorenson on May 29, 1981, she survives. Other survivors include siblings, Norbert (Clare) Gross, Marilyn (Dick) Nelsen, Gerald Gross, Clifford Gross, and Rosemary (Michael) Safdi; stepdaughter, Kathy Schmitt.
He is preceded in death by siblings Lois Fulwiler and James Gross.
Friends may call from 9:30am until 10:30am on Friday, May 31, 2013 at St. Willebrord Parrish, 209 S. Adams St. Green Bay. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am at the church on Friday with Rev. Andrew G. Cribben, O.Praem. , officiating, followed by military honors. Entombment will be at Allouez Catholic Mausoleum.
