Wendell Larock

Wendell LaRock, age 68, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 21st, 2021 in Appleton, WI. Wendell was born May 1st, 1953 to the late Joseph and Sophia (Warrington) LaRock in Shawano. In Wendell's free time he was a talented guitar player, and he enjoyed doing beadwork as a hobby.

Wendell is survived by his birth children: Eliza (Glen) Fish and Anna (Dave) LaRock; grandchildren: Trinity (Nathan) Ashmann, Aly Ashmann, Tatyana LaRock, Sophia LaRock, Diana (Chuck) Uszakiewicz, Lillian Smet, all of Green Bay. He is further survived by his sisters: Judy Long, Eleanor Powless, Bernadine Holstrom, Sue House, and Cathy Granquist; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends whom he loved dearly.

Wendell is preceded in death by his parents, siblings: Joan LaRock, Raymond LaRock, Elaine Sanapaw, Rosetta Schlicting, Gwendlyn Olson, and Glenda LaRock, special nieces and nephews: Dana "Bugsie" Long, Christy Dick, Garnet Olson, Terrance LaRock, and Lewis House.

No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the American Heart Association.
