Tony Corpus

Antonio "Tony" Corpus, 79, of Green Bay passed away peacefully on February 27, 2021 with his sister Liz and loving family by his side. He was born on May 5, 1941 to the late Santos and Maria Corpus in San Antonio, TX and later moved to Wisconsin with his family.


Tony had a truly kind heart for others and deeply enjoyed spending time with family and friends including life-long friends Roger and Charlene. He had a special bond with his niece and nephews: Nico, Billie and Ray, and their families, Chris and Will Fischer and Sarah, Adelaide and Mason Gordon.


Tony is survived by his siblings: Nena Sanchez, Santos (Maggie) Corpus Jr., Virginia (Pilar) Hernandez, Irene (Tom) Derene, Elizabeth Gordon, Ernesto (Sharon) Corpus and Jim (Sue) Corpus; sisters-in-law, Donna Corpus and Maria Corpus and many nieces and nephews.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Santos and Maria Corpus; brothers: Francisco, David, Ernesto, and Roger Corpus; niece, Natalie Corpus; sister-in-law, Jeanne Corpus; brother-in-law, Ben Sanchez and brother-in-law and favorite partner-in-crime, William Gordon.


Tony's family would like to thank the Unity Hospice team, particularly Sam and Sarah and Chaplain Nathan, for their wonderful care and compassion.


Due to the current pandemic the family will be having private services at a later date.
