Tina L. Vallier

Tina Louise Vallier, age 65, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 19, 2023 with family by her side. She was born in Green Bay on February 23, 1957 to the late Hilary "Bud" Monfort and Betty Lou (Keyes) Zellner, and her stepfather Jerome Zellner.
Tina celebrated over 30 years of loving partnership with her significant other Brad Besaw, who survives her, with her adored son William Scott Vallier. She was an avid animal lover caring for her Springer Spaniel Jack, feeding feral cats and birds, and was welcomed to the afterlife by her late Springer Spaniel Harry, cat Bella, and other loved animals.
Tina attended East and Southampton High Schools, as she spent some of her high school life with father "Bud" and brother "Mike" in Southampton, NY where she would enjoy beverages at the Lobster Inn and soak up the ocean waves before returning to Green Bay. She worked at Schreiber Foods where she played a role in establishing "Coats for Kids," APAC, and Innovative Services as a home health aide. She cared deeply for others and had a generous soul. She was known to have a fun-loving personality, be an excellent cook, garden soulfully with scattered bird seeds, and never be seen without her flip flops on, even in the frozen tundra. Her most cherished time was spent "up North" with Brad, Jack, friends, the birds and fish.
Tina is survived by her partner Brad Besaw, son William Scott Vallier, stepchildren Shane Besaw and Nick (Amie) Besaw; grandchildren Sierra and Nova. She is further survived by siblings Karen (Dick) Alexander, Michael (Lisa) Monfort, Sue (Todd) Wolf; Brad's siblings Rick (Diane) Besaw, Donna (Mike Shelton) Besaw, Debbie Besaw-Kerry, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
She is predeceased by parents Hilary "Bud" Monfort, Betty Lou (Keyes) Zellner, Jerome Zellner, Brad's parents Donald and Elizabeth (Besaw) Amenson, Brad's brother-in-law Fred Kerry, and Tina's niece Amy Schroeder.
Although Tina left the world unexpectedly, she was able to provide extraordinary gifts through organ donation. The family would like to give special thanks to the Bellin ICU staff, UW Organ and Tissue Donation team, and Green Bay Metro Fire Department Station 5-A Crew.
Family and friends may visit Newcomer Funeral Home for a memorial gathering at 340 S Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301 from 2pm - 4pm on Friday, January 27th, 2023. Online condolences can be expressed at www.newcomergreenbay.com. In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to assist with medical and funeral costs and a future memorial. Donations can be sent to Newcomer Funeral home if unable to attend.
