Thomas J. Devos of Green Bay passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center. He was born on April 16, 1947 in Rosierre to John and Evelyn Devos. He was united in marriage to Theresa Wertel on March 30, 1971 St. Cyril and Methodius in Eaton. Tom worked for Procter and Gamble for over 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa, children: Cindy (Dave) Drew of Prairie du Sac, Roger (Tracy) Devos of Luxemburg, and Andy (Shanna) Devos of Green Bay; six grandchildren: Elliot and Emerson Drew, Madelyn and Trenton Devos, Brynn and Megan Devos; sisters: Laverne (Leslie) Malcore of Luxemburg, and Ann (Pete) Kashik of Algoma; sister-in-law Shirley Devos of Luxemburg; brother-in-law,Vic Knapmiller of Kewaunee; Theresa's siblings: Elaine LaCrosse of Pulaski, Phyllis (Jerry) Boehm of New Franken, Carl (Nancy) Wertel of Eaton, and Betty (Rick) Kangas of Green Bay. Tom is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Evelyn Devos and three brothers: John Devos Jr., Ronald Devos, and Jim Hafeman; sister: Ester Knapmiller, brother-in-law, Wayne LaCrosse, mother-in-law Virginia (Henry) Metzler, and father-in-law, Phil Wertel.
Friends and family may visit at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave, on Tuesday July 26, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 5:30 pm with a memorial service to follow at 5:30 pm. Private inurnment will take place at St. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Cemetery, Eaton.
