Thomas Lee "Tom" Debauche

April 25, 1946 — March 3, 2024

Thomas Lee DeBauche, age 77, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at the hospital. He was born on April 25, 1946, in Green Bay to the late Clayton and Jackie DeBauche.

Tom attended a two-room grade school for several years and later graduated from Luxemburg High School with the class of 1964. He went on to serve his country in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam War. After overseas duty in the Philippines, he received an honorable discharge in 1969. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserves. On February 8, 1969, he married Kathy Krause and they were married for 55 years. After attending UWGB, Tom was a long time employee for the NCR Corporation, and operated TD's Pub in New Franken. He then established the Green Bay Pipe & TV company.

Tom was an avid fisherman, passing the love of the outdoors to his sons. He enjoyed time up north with family and friends telling stories and of course watching sports. He especially liked going on fishing trips to Alaska, Florida, Canada, Texas and Minnesota with his sons. He was always open to a game of cribbage. Most of all, he loved anything regarding his sons and granddaughter. He was proud of all of their accomplishments.

Tom is survived by his wife, Kathy; son, Charlie; granddaughter, Brooke; brothers and sisters: Mary Beth (Tom) Johnson, Nancy DeMoulin, Mark (Tracy) DeBauche and David (Mary) DeBauche; and three sister-in-laws: Bonnie, Patti and Debbie Sieckman.

He was preceded in death by his son, Brian; three brothers: Dick, John and Tim; brother-in-laws: Tom Sieckman and Jean Krause.

Additionally, he felt blessed to have great friends: Dave Beyer, Jerry Metzler, Ed Rueckl, Chris Mott and Dave Carroll.

Tom's wishes were to be cremated and laid to rest up north near a favorite fishing spot. There will be no memorial service.
