Sydney Dee Jacobson, 73, of Suamico, WI beloved wife of David Jacobson, departed this life on March 22, 2016 at her home with her husband at her side.
Sydney was born on November 25, 1942 in Washington, daughter of the late Mason and Doris Peterson. She was a graduate of the class of 1960 at Sturgeon Bay High School. She later obtained her cosmetology degree and managed Eurena's Beauty Salon on the east side of Sturgeon Bay.
She leaves her husband of 51 years David of Suamico along with their three children; Tanya Guyette, Shawn Jacobson, and Ryan(Abigale)Jacobson all of Suamico. Sydney also leaves two brothers; Dale Peterson of Green Bay and Sonny Peterson, Biloxi, MS, and a sister Pat (Gene) Heiman of Green Bay along with 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Sydney is preceded in death by a sister-in-law Patricia Peterson.
A celebration of Dee's life will be held on Saturday April 2nd from 11am-noon at Celebration Church, 3475 Humbolt Rd, Green Bay, WI, followed by lunch and visitation at 12:30pm.
