Susan Crotty

Susan A. (Cooper) Crotty, 82, Green Bay, formally of Krakow, passed away on Saturday, December 08, 2012.

She was born in Oneida on June 5, 1930 to George & Louise Cooper. Susan was raised by Guy & Naomi John.

Susan married Norbert A. Jourdan Sr. on December 3, 1950, together they had nine children. Norbert precedes her in death. Susan later married James Crotty, he precedes her in death.

Susan enjoyed her work at the Oneida Casino for the custodial department. Susan also enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to country music especially while cleaning house.

Survivors include, her husband Bill Ramey; six children, Victoria A. Jourdan, De Pere, Thomas E. Jourdan, De Pere, Michael J. (Kay) Jourdan, Oneida, Marilyn M. Jourdan, Seymour, Betty S. Orley, Oneida, and Daniel C. (Tina) Jourdan, Oneida; 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; sisters, Jane Salzman and Dorothy Emerec, both of Oneida; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husband, Norbert A. Jourdan Sr., husband, James Crotty; son Norbert A. Jourdan Jr.; daughters, Donna L. Jourdan and Mary E. Jourdan; birth parents, George & Louise Cooper; adoptive parents, Guy & Naomi John; siblings, Clara Gull, Helema Jordan, Buela Jessip, Valder John, Mary John and James Cooper.

Friends and family may call from 4:00 until 7:00 pm on Wednesday, December, 12, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay. A funeral Service will be held at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
