Stephen F. Vandenhoy, age 72, of Green Bay, passed away surrounded by his family on December 30, 2024 at Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin. He was born on January 15, 1952 to Richard and Arlene (Blochowiak) Vandenhoy in Green Bay, WI.
Steve proudly served our country in the Army from 1971 until 1973. He worked as a Millwright for Georgia-Pacific for 37 years. Steve had a love of cars, and going to Door County. But his greatest love was the time he got to spend with his grandchildren and new great-grandson.
Steve is survived by his loving children: Jamie (Mary) Vandenhoy, Holly Kalous, Chip Vandenhoy, and Mandy (Ryan) Turriff, eight grandchildren: Jasmine Vandenhoy, Kiley VanRoy, Brenna VanRoy, Haydin Ness, Emma Ness, Abbey Vandenhoy, Parker Turriff, and Ollie Turriff; one great-grandson, Zaylyn, four siblings: Patricia Vandenhoy, Mike Vandenhoy, Carl Vandenhoy, and Lynn (Donna) Vandenhoy, sisters-in-law, Florence Vandenhoy and Patricia Vandenhoy-Bellin. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings: Rick Vandenhoy, Norbert Vandenhoy, Connie (John) Boehm, Timothy Vandenhoy, and Terry Vandenhoy.
Private inurnment will take place in the Highland Memorial Park.
