Shirley A. Jandrey

December 27, 1936 — January 4, 2022

Shirley Ann Jandrey (Kalies), age 85 of Reedsville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, January 4, 2022 at Ascension Calumet Hospital.

Shirley was born December 27, 1936, the daughter of Carl & Emma Kalies. She was one of 10 children.

On June 4th, 1955 Shirley married her lifetime love Eugene (Gene) Jandrey. They celebrated 58 years together & had 6 children, 19 grandchildren & 16 great-grandchildren. Shirley & Eugene were married in Brillion at Trinity Lutheran.

Shirley treasured her family time with all of her children. She lived her love of God every day and taught her children of that unconditional love. Her children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren have been blessed in so many ways with her love and memories.

After raising her 6 children, she went to work at Foley Industries in Manitowoc until her retirement.

She was a truck driver's wife, so when she could, she traveled with Gene in his semi.

Later she would enjoy going for car rides with her sister & her husband, lunches with the neighborhood ladies, Bible class, and going out for breakfast for pancakes.

Shirley is survived by her children Lorna (Jim) Brach, Roger (Lori) Jandrey, Jody (Bill) Bowers, Dennis Jandrey, Diane Ormsbee, and daughter-in-law Emily Ewald.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Eugene (Gene) Jandrey, great-granddaughter Emmalynn Grace Brach, son-in-law Greg Ormsbee, daughter-in-law Julia (Jazgar) Jandrey, and son Lyle G. Jandrey.

Family & friends may call Friday, January 7th, 2022 at Zion Lutheran Church of Wayside, 8378 County Road W, Greenleaf, from 9:00am - 11:00am. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at 11:00am at the church with Pastor Austen Welter officiating.
