Sherry Lynn Janus, age 48, a lifelong resident of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly at her home, Saturday, November 7, 2020. She was born November 1, 1972 in Green Bay, daughter of the late Patrick Janus and Donna (Van Roy) Janus.
Sherry was a talented cook and enjoyed cooking for holidays and family get-togethers. She loved to shop and go to rummage sales with Ron. Sherry was a devoted mother and a proud grandma. Her family was her pride and joy.
Sherry is survived by the love of her life, best friend and soul mate, Ron Laundrie; her 2 children, Rudy Laundrie and Kyrissa (Raymie Surprise) Laundrie; 5 grandchildren: Peydon, Keten, Kiyrra, Emmett and Ellionna; her mother, Donna Janus and 6 siblings: David (Sherry) Janus, Tammy (Tim) Heubner, Tracy (David) Fryzenia, Danny Janus, Nick Janus and Sara Janus. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Patrick Janus and a son, Ronnie Laundrie.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay), Monday, November 16, 2020 from 5 to 7 PM. A funeral service will follow at 7 PM. Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
