Scott John Konyn, 59, of Green Bay, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay. He was born on January 27, 1962, to the late Bernard "Ben" and Marlene (Maart) Konyn in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Scott grew up on United States Air Force Bases all across the United States and Japan. He moved back to the United States his sophomore year of high school and graduated from West High School in Bellevue, Nebraska in 1980. Upon his dad's retirement from the Air Force in 1980, they lived in Spokane, Washington until his dad's second marriage in 1987. Upon his dad's second marriage, he moved to Menominee, Michigan where Scott worked at Food for Less as a general laborer. Three years later, he moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he took a job as a general laborer at Larsen Canning. He met his future wife, Suzanne Marx, in 1997, and they were married on January 21, 1998 at their home in Green Bay.
Scott is survived by his ex-wife: Suzanne; his son: Patrick Konyn of Green Bay; brother: Mark (Christine) Konyn of White Lake; nephew: Seth (Becki) Seastrum of Escanaba, MI.
He is preceded in death by his parents Bernard "Ben" (Marlene) Konyn; and step-mom: Mary (Hass) Konyn.
