Scott "CW" Jordan, 59, of Green Bay, passed away on October 8, 2024 at home with his family by his side.
He was born on February 11, 1965 to Henry and Alice (Munger) Jordan in Green Bay, WI. Scott was a member of the Oneida Nation Tribe. He graduated from West De Pere High School in 1983 and later on received an Associate's Degree in Business from Concordia University. Scott worked at Oneida Casino for 41 years. He started his career in the Bingo Hall at the age of 18 and worked various positions through the years. The past 30 years he worked as a Casino Shift Manager. He was a hard worker and very well liked by all his coworkers and customers.
On May 14, 1994 he married the love of his life Dawn Baake at the Oneida Methodist Church. The two enjoyed fishing, gardening, kayaking, biking and attending Christian music concerts together. Scott especially enjoyed his dogs (Molly and Buttons), bow hunting, working out at the gym and maintaining his plants and flowers in his yard. He was a member of Living Hope Church, where he served as a Deacon for many years.
Scott is survived by his loving wife, Dawn; mother, Alice; siblings: Elaine (Dave) Moore, Issac (Pam) Jordan, Susan (Timothy) Siebers, Irwin (Debi) Jordan, Gary Jordan, Curtiss (Jenny) Jordan; and many nieces, nephews and further relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry; brother, Larry Jordan; and his father and mother-in-law, Marvin and Eldora Baake.
A time for gathering will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. at Living Hope Church, 1840 W Mason St, Green Bay, WI. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church.
He will forever be remembered as a caring and compassionate man who always put others before him.
Thank you to family, friends, neighbors, and the church who supported him during these past months while he was going through treatment. He looked forward to the special one-on-one visits. Special thanks to the dog walkers, pray warriors and yard workers as well.
