Sandra L. "Sandy" VanVenRoy, age 76, of Hilbert, formerly of De Pere, passed away peacefully, Saturday, September 23, 2023, with loved ones at her side, while listening to Elvis Presley. She was born January 31, 1947 in Green Bay, daughter of the late Winfred and Violet (Boyer) Simon Sr. and attended Green Bay East High School.
Sandy worked in housekeeping at St. Vincent Hospital for 18 years. After she retired from the hospital, she provided in-home care to the elderly.
Sandy loved the music of Elvis Presley. She was a talented cook and loved to share meals with her family and friends.
Sandra is survived by her son, Brian VanVenRoy; a grandson, Brandon VanVenRoy and a sister, Donna (Ken) DeBauche. She is further survived by a daughter-in-law, Pam VanVenRoy, 2 sisters-in-law, Margaret Simon and Janet (John) Royce, 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Bradley Anthony VanVenRoy and a brother, Winfred Simon Jr.
