Sandra A. Moore

With sad but grateful hearts we share news of the passing of our beautiful mother on March 18, 2023. She was greeted in heaven by her son Michael, who she longed to hold for 59 years, her mother and father Ramona and John Osowski, her beloved sister and brother-in-law Bonita and Robert Gavin, and last but not least, the love of her life Thomas Moore.

Sandra was born on July 23, 1942, and in Stevens Point she grew up and graduated from PJ Jacobs. She met the love of her life and settled in Ashwaubenon and raised her family. She was a homemaker until her children were older, then she held various jobs which included Woodside, San Luis, Americana West and finally the Green Bay Press Gazette. Nothing made her happier than watching her children and grandchildren play sports. She loved watching the Brewers and the Green Bay Packers.

Left to mourn are her children Jerry (Cathy) McCune, Mark McCune, Barb (Susie Piper) McCune, Kristi Moore Litke; adored grandchildren Joshua, Tara, Amy, Sara, Wes, Shawn, Jude, Madeline, Gavin, Jarrett, Brooke, Michael, and many great grandchildren; brother-in-law Peter Selissen, sister-in-law Rita Moore and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brother-in-law Patrick Moore and sister-in-law Mary Selissen. Special thanks to Woodside Lutheran Home for their exceptional care and Compassus hospice for their guidance in her final hours.

Friends and family may visit at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 6:00 pm.
