Sally L. Hanna

Sally L. Hanna, age 84, passed away on January 10, 2021, peacefully at her home. She was born on December 28, 1936 in Green Bay the daughter of the late Milton and Marjorie (Rymer) Volk. Her parents owned and operated a small family general store in the Edgewater Beach area, where she could be found snacking on candy or helping behind the counter. Sally graduated from Green Bay East High School; and maintained many friendships from that era. Sally was a valued bookkeeper for multiple businesses in the Green Bay area throughout her career. She was united in marriage to James Hanna March 2, 1963, and he preceded her on April 16, 2009. Sally was a dog lover, to say the least. She was a mainstay member of the Packerland Kennel Club, and always had a canine companion, and a lifetime of stories about her dogs who were family to her. She was a lifetime member of Wequiock Presbyterian Church. She will be missed by all.

Sally is survived by numerous friends and extended family.

Sally will be interred at the family plots at a later date in the Volk Family Cemetery in Oconto Falls. Memorials may be directed to Brown County Humane Society.
