Rudy Jarvey, 72, of Green Bay, WI passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 11, 2020. He was born on February 18, 1948 to the late Walter and Margaret (Wojciechowski) Jarvey.
Rudy is a graduate of Green Bay West High School. After graduation, he enlisted into the United States Army where he proudly served his country. After serving his country, Rudy went on to work as a machinist for Wisconsin Gear and Machine Works for over 40 years until his retirement.
Rudy enjoyed his amateur radios, woodworking, bicycling, astronomy, nature walks, and watching old sitcoms. Most of all, he loved spending time with his granddaughter, Kennedy.
Rudy is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Judi; sons: Josh (Carlie) Jarvey and Nathan Jarvey; and his special granddaughter, Kennedy June; his sister Gwen (Mike) Hannon; brother-in-law Wilmur Monfils; sister-in-law Joy (Larry) Watruba; three brothers-in-law: Dick (Darlene) Albers, Rog (Cindy) Albers, and Jim (Judy) Albers; his two kitties: Ginger and Zoe, along with many other family members and friends. Along with his parents, Rudy is preceded in death by his brother Walter Jarvey; sister Shirley Nyman; sister-in-law Helen Jarvey; in-laws: Louis and Lorraine (Linssen) Albers.
Visitation for Rudy will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Newcomer- Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI. 54301) from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. A Private Service will be held for the family. A Celebration of Rudy's life will be planned for a later date as well.
The family would like to thank Unity Hospice for all their care and compassion given to Rudy. The family would also like to thank Fox, Joy, Gwen, Mitch and Theresa for their continued support throughout this difficult time.
