Rosemary Ellen Scholl

Rosemary Ellen Scholl died Sunday, April 15th at Bay Shore Village in Green Bay. Rosemary was born on June 28, 1952 in Buffalo, New York to John Scholl and Isabelle(Caughill) Scholl. She is a graduate of St. Joseph Academy in Tipton, Indiana and obtained a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She worked as a social worker in both Manitowoc Wisconsin and Green Bay Wisconsin for a number of years.

Rosemary was a member and active volunteer with the Green Bay YMCA and received several awards for Outstanding Volunteer Service from that organization. She was also an accomplished piano player.

Rosemary was a member of Resurrection Catholic Parish in Green Bay. She will be missed by her family and the staff and residents of Bay Shore Village who enjoyed her ready smile and sense of humor.

She is survived by her sisters: Bernadette Scholl of Lowell, Massachusetts, Christine Scholl of DeKalb, Illinois and Kate(Alec Nelson)Scholl of Sydney, Australia; her step-brothers: Geoffrey Walker, Neil Walker and Derek Walker and nieces and nephews: Justin Rasmussen, Katherine Polovina, Daniel Nelson and Isabel Nelson. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother-in-law, Paul Rasmussen.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI), Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 2 to 3 PM. A memorial service for Rosemary will follow at 3 PM with Sheila De Luca as officiant.
