Rosemarie Peterson, 65, of Green Bay, WI passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021. She was born on April 10, 1956 to the late Floyd and Patricia (Muldoon) Peterson.
The oldest of four children, she was baptized at Cathedral where her confirmation name was "Grace". Rosemarie was a longtime member of Annunciation Catholic Church.
She lived in the same house since she was five years old.
Her hobbies included playing the guitar, where she mostly played at church and marriage encounters. She loved music.
Rosemarie enjoyed spending time with all her nieces and nephew.
Faith was very important to Rosemarie. Something she enjoyed doing was being apart of the Teen Encounter in Christ TEC. She received an award for being an active member since the beginning. She was very active in Catholic/Christian formation.
Rosemarie is survived by her three brothers: Mark (Nancy) Peterson, Paul (Cathy) Peterson and Richard (Dawn) Peterson; nieces: Katie Marie (Bubba) Birner, Sarah (Jimmy) Johnson, Angela Peterson and her nephew Troy Peterson. She is further survived by her godparents Uncle Bill and Aunt Rita Muldoon. Rosemarie is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Patricia.
Visitation for Rosemarie will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Newcomer- Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI 54301) from 5:00PM - 7:00PM. Visitation will continue on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Church of the Annunciation (401 Gray St., Green Bay, WI 54303) from 10:00AM - 11:00AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM with Fr. Amando Red officiating. Entombment will be at Allouez Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, it was Rosemarie's wishes to have donations made in her name to Annunciation Church.
