Rosemarie I. (Alsteen) Reuter, 67, Green Bay, WI, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2013. She was born November 16, 1945 in Tonet, WI, daughter of the late Al Alsteen and Beulah (Criever) Alsteen.
Rose graduated from East High School, Green Bay, WI, in 1963, and she worked part-time as a bookkeeper for CARIS Innovation since her retirement in 2007. Rose was a published author and an artist. She loved her husband Ron, her Kids, Grandkids, and her dog Murphy. She enjoyed Norman Rockwell pictures, writing, painting, cleaning, Christmas, classmates, decorating, watching old movies and eating ice cream.
Rose is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Reuter; daughters, Christine (Craig) Duprey, Carrie (Ronald) Romandine, Cathy Reckelberg; and one son, Brian Timmerman. Seven grandchildren, Cody Duprey, Brandon Duprey, Corrina Romandine, Connor Romandine, Tahniesha Timmerman, Davonnte' Timmerman and Wyatt Timmerman; sisters, Judy(Mike) Batal and Darlene Vandenbush; brothers, Gene (Debbie)Alsteen and Jack (Rondi) Alsteen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Christopher and Harold Alsteen.
Family and friends may call from 9:00am until 12:00pm on Monday, August 26, 2013, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay. A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm on Monday at the funeral home.
