Ronald "Ron" J. Roberts, 76, of Luxemburg, passed away on November 24, 2023 at Aurora Baycare Medical Center. He was born on April 30, 1947 to George and Edna (Rickel) Roberts in Green Bay, WI. He attended Green Bay East High School. He married his childhood sweetheart, Marion Craw on May 8, 1965. Together they had five children and they all shared beautiful memories in the home he built for them. Ron's passion was working on street cars and he continued his father's art of making sausages and various smoked meats. Ron loved his dad, which included the love of helping him out with the cattle. When Ron was a child he would say he was at school when in reality he skipped by hiding in the back of the cattle truck. Ron was outgoing and could become friends with anyone - including a rock. He was an honest man of his word and did business with a handshake.
Ron is survived by his loving wife, Marion of 58 years; children: Rodney (Samantha) Roberts, Jody (Steve) Paul, Renee (Justin) Roberts, Ron Jr. (Julie) Roberts, and Monica (Tom) Bournville; grandchildren: Elizabeth, Jessica, Victoria, Michael, Summer, Reagan, Allie, Georgia, Sabrina, Colton, Peter, and Joseph; great-grandchildren: Colton, Madison, Landis, Lauren, Kayden, Hayden, Isabella, Emily, Abigail, Sean, Steven and Brooker; siblings: Ivan, Rena, Lindy, Gary, George Jr., and Janice; and further relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Myron and Cletus.
