Robert "Builder Bob" Jamroz, 64 of Denmark, WI died on October 15, 2020 at his home.
Bob was born on July 9, 1956 in Chicago son of the late Theodore and Virginia Jamroz. He grew up in Chicago, IL with his family. Graduated from Tuley / Roberto Clemente High School in 1974. Shortly after high school he moved up to Mosinee, WI to live and work with family. He began his career in construction working for his Uncle Florian Kuklinski where he learned his trade. Several years later he started working for Jim Davis Construction and was a foreman there for the majority of his career. In his spare time Bob enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and Bears. Some of the other things he enjoyed was cooking food on the grill, spending time on his property and Polka music. Going to Pulaski, WI for Polka Days was an event that he attended many times with friends and family.
He is survived by two sons: Tony and Chris Jamroz, in addition to two sisters: Karen (Kevin) Vanko, and Sue (Greg) Demos, and a brother, Ted Jamroz along with nieces, nephews, and extended family. He is preceded in death by a sister, Patty (Norbert) Pytel.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, November 1st from 2 PM - 4 PM at Newcomer - Green Bay Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 4 PM in the funeral Home. Due to the current health restrictions as the result of COVID - 19 those attending are asked to wear face coverings, practice social distancing and temperatures will be taken at the door. The Memorial service will be recorded and available to watch on this memorial page beginning Monday, November 2nd.
