Robert "Bob" Paters

Robert "Bob" Paters, 93, of Green Bay, passed away on August 28, 2024 with wife Mary holding his hand and other family members by his side at Allouez Parkside Village. 

He was born on January 11, 1931 to Theodore and Marion Paters in Manawa, WI. On June 23, 1954, he married Mary Baker of Green Bay. Bob was a self employed contractor. He loved the work he did, and worked well into his 80's by choice. Bob had a love of animals, he often took in strays, keeping some over the years that were full of character, just like him. He was also known for his vintage, small sports cars that he kept at his 150 year old barn.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Mary, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave; from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm with Memorial Services to be held at 6:00 pm.
