Rita Sauer, 76, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 17, 2019.
Rita grew up in Suring before moving to Chicago. In Chicago, she met the love of her life and they spent almost 51 years together. They had a wonderful marriage and truly were meant to be together.
Rita was a dedicated wife and mother first and foremost. She treasured her husband, children and grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. She had a vivacious personality and always made people laugh around her. Her laugh was contagious along with her wit and sass. She made friends everywhere she went. Her best friends, were the ones that she had for a lifetime. She loved to cook, and kept an immaculate house.
She is survived by her spouse Dale, daughter Susanne (Todd), son David (Roslynn) and grandchildren Zachary, Brynn, Olivia and Andrew and one sister Betty.
Per Rita's request, a private service is being held.
She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
