Richard "Dick" Mulloy, age 81, of Green Bay, passed away Monday, November 26, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 31, 1937 in De Pere, WI, son of the late Charles and Magdaline (Denis) Mulloy and attended Pulaski High School.
Dick enlisted in the US Army in 1954 and proudly served his country during the Korean War, honorably discharged as a Staff Sgt in 1957. He married Florence Ejnik, July 19, 1958 in Green Bay and the couple had just celebrated 60 years together. Dick worked in sales at Bay Towel and for Ameritech until his retirement at age 65. He was an active member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #801 since 1984.
Dick was a lifelong Packer season ticket holder since 1957. He was an avid and very competitive bowler, golfer and card player. He played AAA softball in his younger years. His parents were very passionate about supporting the Boys Club, which inspired Dick to continue the tradition. Along with his daughter, Sharon, Dick was able to take part in the Old Glory Honor Flight in 2015.
Richard is survived by his wife, Florence; his children: Sharon (Marty) Kelly, Jeff (Michelle) Mulloy and Jill (Matt) Grout; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a brother, Jim Mulloy and a sister, Joyce Matuszak. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Pat Mulloy and his sisters, Bernice Fox and Janet Cornelissen.
Visitation will be held at St. Jude Parish (1420 Division St., Green Bay), Friday, November 30, 2018 from 10 AM to 12 NOON. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12 NOON followed by full military honors. Entombment will be in Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
