Richard Koprowski

Richard A. "Dick" Koprowski, age 76, of New Franken, WI formerly of Stevens Point passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at his home in New Franken. Richard was born on October 4, 1941 in Two Rivers, the son of Cyril and Lucille (Kenville) Koprowski. Dick attended and graduated from Washington High School in Two Rivers and received his degree in Mechanical Design from Chicago Technical College. Richard was united in marriage to Sandra Heili on October 28, 1961 at St Luke Catholic Church in Two Rivers. Dick was employed at Joerns Health Care in Stevens Point and retired from PDQ in Green Bay. He enjoyed watching and following the Badgers, Packers, Brewers and Bucks. In his spare time, Dick enjoyed playing golf and bridge. His greatest joy was spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Richard is survived by his children; Carl (Denise) Koprowski, Philip (Jean) Koprowski and Denise Koprowski all of Plover; six grandchildren, Whitney (Daniel), Karlie (Tommy), Kelsie, Tara, Zachary, and Estelle; three great-grandchildren, Aiden, Kendell and Kailey; Siblings, Carol (Glen) Spiering, Jane Hurst and Paul (Sandra) Koprowski; special friend Nana Cisler; and numerous other relatives and friends. Dick was preceded in death by; his parents; wife, Sandra in 2008; granddaughter, Jacie; along with numerous other relatives. Graveside services will be held at St. Bronislava Catholic Church Cemetery at 11:00AM on Friday, August 17, 2018. Pisarski Community Funeral Home of Plover and Newcomer Funeral Home of Green Bay is honored to be serving the family.
