Priscilla Lorraine Burbey died peacefully at the age of 86 on June 06, 2023 surrounded by her family after a long fight against vascular dementia at Woodside Villa 1 Memory Care Assisted Living.
Priscilla was born on May 30, 1937 to Arthur and Marie (Burg) DeBauch. Priscilla married Ralph Burbey on September 22, 1956 and he preceded her in death on January 29, 2016. She was employed as an elementary school teacher in Brookside, as a Teacher's Aide at Wequiock School, and finally as a stay at-home mother to raise her four daughters. Priscilla currently has two daughters: Katherine (Kitty) Burbey-Reed/Mike Reed and Lori (Dale) Schaden and was preceded in death by Rita Burbey and Susan Burbey. Grandchildren are: Sarah (Jim) Jabo, Danielle (Andrew) Johnson, Theresa Prevost, Lisa (Allyn Schaal) Schaden, Nicole Schaden, Brittany Schaden, Kristi (Jerry Woodworth) Gilligan, Hunter Schaden, Kaleb Schaden, Matt (Nicole) Landrie and Bryan (Leah) Landrie. Great-Grandchildren are: Anjali, Alexa-Ann, Michael, Gavin, Nolan, Preston, Paityn, Parker, Paisley, Ava, Connor, Colton, Collin, Dominic, Wyatt, Carson, Micah, Rowan, and Briar. Step-grandchildren are: Amanda Reed, Laura Reed, Christy (Justin) Rohe, and Tammy (Josh) Steinbrecher. Step-great grandchildren are: Brayden, Conner, Garrett, Leum, Kamden, Teagen, Serenity, Baylee, and Skyler.
Priscilla is survived by three sisters: Joan (Richard) Murdzek, Suamico, Regina Coppens, Tucson, AZ, and Elizabeth Ondik, Gillett; one sister-in-law, Joyce DeBauch, Shawano, and one brother, Delbert (Bonnie) DeBauch, Gillett.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Marilyn Ingrisani, Genevieve Reinke, three brothers, Floyd DeBauch, Vincent DeBauch and Bernard DeBauch.
Priscilla loved photography, gardening, bird watching, and most important of all, spending time with family, especially the grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In accordance with Priscilla's wishes visitation will be held from 9:00 am until 11:00 am Saturday, June 17, 2023 at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Suamico with Mass celebrated at 11:00 am at the church immediately followed by burial in St. Benedict Cemetery.
