Philip E. Hetzel

Philip E. Hetzel, 83, of De Pere, passed away on April 16, 2024 at Rennes Health and Rehab. He was born on June 17, 1940 to Edward and Viola (Dehl) Hetzel in Detriot, MI. Philip worked as a foreman for Development Engineering. On July 21, 2006, he married Alberta Sterk in Menominee, MI. He was a member of Green Bay First Church.

Philip is survived by his loving wife, Alberta, step-children: Doug (Mary) Sterk, Chris (Lon) Flippo, Bill (Val) Sterk, Kathy (David) Sterk, Jim (Lisa) Sterk, Faith (Adam) Wygle, and Carl Waupoose; and numerous step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, David Hetzel.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 1 pm until 2 pm with a service to follow at 2 pm at Green Bay First, 1460 Shawano Ave.
