Patrick M. Schaeffer

Patrick M. Schaeffer, 77, of Green Bay, beloved husband of 47 years to Donna (Hanson) Schaeffer, passed away at home with his wife at his side on Thursday, October 28, 2021.

Pat was born on December 2, 1943 in Madison, WI son of the late Anthony and Rosella (Laumer) Schaeffer. Following school he enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves and served until his honorable discharge. Earlier in his career Pat worked as a Mason, and later as a Delivery Driver for Sara Lee, he retired as a Valet Driver for Bellin Health. Pat was a avid Golfer, and enjoyed camping and going on drives. He was devoted to his wife and family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially his grandchildren. Pat will be remembered for his unique sense of humor, and was always ready to egg someone on and make them smile.

Pat will be sadly missed by his wife Donna and children: Shawn Schaeffer, John (Beth) Schaeffer in addition to four step-children: Jeff (Vicki Buttons) Hanson, Diane Remington, Kellie Smith, and Lisa (Robert) Garrity. Pat leaves his beloved grandchildren: Nicholas, Patrick, Heather, Amber, Austin, Hailey, and Lucyana, along with great grandchildren: Emery, Nalani, Amity, Ethan, Cameron and Adrian, Mayriah, Dillion, along with a great great grandchildren: Juhliya. Pat leaves extended family and friends. Pat is preceded in death by his son, Todd Schaeffer and his great granddaughter, Isabella "Izzy".

At Pat's request services will be held privately by his family.
