Patrick "Pat" Michael Maloney, age 59, of Luxemburg, passed away of a sudden, massive stroke, Sunday, January 22, 2017, surrounded by his whole family. He was born October 22, 1957 in Green Bay to the late Michael Maloney, Sr. and Marian (Marchut) Maloney and was a graduate of Green Bay Preble High School.
Pat was the owner of Maloney Flooring for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed archery, trap shooting, hunting and fishing. Pat excelled at every hobby and interest he was involved in including shooting darts, pool, cards and pigeon racing. He was an awarded participant of many clubs and activities. His memberships included New Franken Sportsman Club and Settlement Trap Team. His best friends were his hunting dogs, all named after female singers: Dolly, Reba and Whitney. Patrick was a beloved son, brother and uncle and his great sense of humor will be dearly missed by all.
Pat is survived by his mom, Marian Maloney; siblings: Michael "Mick" (Pam Pride) Maloney, Jr., Colleen Maloney, Kathleen Maloney, Timothy (Chris) Maloney, Mary (Scott) Maloney-Innes and Kelly (Kimberly) Maloney. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay), Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 3 to 4:45 PM. A celebration of Pat's life will follow at 5 PM.
Pat's family would like to thank Perry Nooyen for his quick response in time of need as well as Chuck Bouche for all of his help with the family. They would also like thank the staff at Aurora BayCare Hospital, especially his nurse, Jayde and Karen for their exceptional care and support.
