Pat O'Dell

Patrick R. "Digger" O'Dell, 88, passed away at the Meng Residence of Unity Hospice, November 27, 2024. He was born on June 9, 1936 to the late Carl and Mabel (Brown) O'Dell. 

He married Darlene "Dolly" Rachals on August 27, 1955. Pat worked for the City of Green Bay for 30 years. He volunteered many years at Bellin Hospital Cardiology, Bellin Concerned Hearts and Aurora Hospital. Pat was a 32nd Degree Mason.

Pat is survived by his wife, Dolly; 3 children: Todd (Debra) O'Dell, Jill (Chuck) Donlevy and Ginger (Jay) Wistenberg; 6 grandchildren: Tara (Jim) Hinze, Derek (Olivia) O'Dell, Alexa, Mason and Cole Wistenberg and Josh (Tracy) Crowe and 8 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by sister-in-law, Jesse (Jay) Rachals, brother-in-law, Dennis DeMuth, many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 4 brothers.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer Green Bay, Tuesday, December 3, 2024 from 3:30 to 5 PM. A memorial service will follow at 5 PM. He will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery. To leave an online condolence for the family, please visit www.NewcomerGreenBay.com.

Pat lived a carefree life. His greatest joy was his family and friends.
