Nyla (Jahnke) Naniot, 71, died peacefully on August 26, 2020, at Odd Fellow Rebekah Home in Green Bay after a brief illness. She was born on October 29, 1948, to the late Marshall and Arnita Jahnke of Krakow, WI. She graduated from Pulaski High School in 1966 and married Richard Naniot on October 12, 1968. Richard preceded her in death on March 21, 2002.
Survivors include 2 sons, Daniel Naniot, David Naniot; 1 granddaughter, Danielle Naniot; 1 brother James (Penny) Jahnke, 1 sister Carolyn (Mark) Van Donsel; 1 aunt, Mona Landers, many cousins including a special cousin, Becky Kallio; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 son, Michael Naniot.
Nyla will be most remembered for owning and operating Green Acres Stables in Green Bay where she taught riding lessons for many years. She had a passion and talent for horses. She was also a gifted artist and was also a singer and musician. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Morgan for many years.
Graveside service will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 1 PM at Morgan Cemetery, Town of Morgan, WI.
