Nancy Lou Darrow, 69, Green Bay, died Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Reness Nursing Home surrounded by family and being held in the arms of Patrick F. Thibaudeau (Nephew) and Debra L. Thibaudeau (Niece).
Nancy was born on October 7, 1948 in Green Bay, Wisconsin daughter of Harold and Luella (Northway) Darrow. She was the youngest of three children, all girls. Her sisters were Patricia Ann (Sister Emma) and Joan Marie.
Nancy is survived by her sister Joan Marie Thibaudeau of Green Bay, nephew, Patrick F. (Barbara) Thibaudeau of Maplewood, Minnesota, niece, Debra L. Thibaudeau of Green Bay, nephew, James E. (Jessica) Thibaudeau of Sobieski, great nephews and great nieces, Justin (Andrea) Benz, Stephanie (Matthew) Rytting, Jonathan Thibaudeau, Aaron (Savanah) Thibaudeau, Ryan Thibaudeau, Andrew Thibaudeau, Cole Thibaudeau, Morgan Thibaudeau, Nathan Thibaudeau; great-great nieces and great-great nephews Cameron Tovbin (step), Natalie Rytting, Adriana Benz, Sarah Rytting, Emily Rytting, Lydia Rytting and aunts and uncles of the Darrow and Northway families.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Patricia Ann Darrow (Sister Emma).
Nancy graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1966. She graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with Associate Degree in Accounting in later life. She was a member of the Green Bay Auxiliary #401 Fraternal Order of Eagles. She was in a bowling league for many years. She loved music and sang in a church choir. In later life she learned to play the flute and played in a church band. She was an avid football fan and enjoyed the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers. She loved dogs, knitting, crochet and needle point. She was an accountant for Super Value and Taylor Creek. Nancy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She loved spending time with her family. Although she did not have any children of her own she was a mother to many. She considered her nephews and niece her three children.

Thank you to the staff of Rennes for their kind care especially Joe the director for offering her a special Christmas gift of being in a private room for her last day and Aceracare Hospice especially Amanda and Tammy her primary nurses and doctor Jensen who cared for her for many years, Green Bay First and Second Wards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints especially her hometeachers and visiting teachers who over the years provided Christlike service, friendship, comfort and assistance and to her many friends for their support and companionship.
Visitation will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (651 Pinehurst Avenue, Green Bay - East Mason Street to East Town Way to Finger Road to Pinehurst Avenue, across from Martin Elementary School), Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 9 to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM. Interment and graveside service to follow immediately at Fort Howard Memorial Park.
