Missy Allen

Missy G. Allen, age 48, of Green Bay, Wisconsin passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital on January 19, 2022 with her loving family and friend at her side.

Missy fought courageously all her life with major health issues and helped many others with their individual fights as well. Her passion was serving for many years as a camp counselor and fund raiser for Children With Cancer Camp. People who knew Missy, knew of her witty sense of humor and infectious laugh. She always had a love for sports, especially her Tennessee Lady Volunteers Basketball team. You would never see Missy without her Tennessee hat, she was a true fan. She had a heart of gold and would go out of her way to help others.

The family would like to thank St. Mary's Hospital, St. Vincent Hospital, and all of the incredible medical staff that cared for her over the years with special thanks to her superhero doctor, Dr. Stuart Adair. The family would also like to thank Missy's dear friend Kris for all of her support and kindness for both the family and Missy.

Those left to treasure her memories include, parents. Len & Julie Allen, Green Valley, WI; sister Jennifer Kiesling and fiancé Montie Brunette (Missy's Big Bro), Green Valley, WI.; sister Sarah DeRamus & brother-in-law Lee DeRamus of Atlanta, GA.; her loved and adored grandfather Calvin Allen of Abrams, WI.; and many loving and supportive aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Patricia Allen, Abrams, WI.; grandparents Wilfred (WaWa) & Irene Wittkopf, Oconto, WI.

A celebration of Missy's life is being planned for the summer.
