Millicent Tursky

Millicent Elaine Tursky, 98, of Green Bay, passed away on July 11, 2023 at Grancare with her family by her side. She was born on July 30, 1924 to Norman and Minnie (Pergoli) Davis in Green Bay. On May 25, 1946, she married Myron Tursky. After raising her family, Millie became an Avon Representative for 20 years. Millie enjoyed knitting, baking, gardening, going up to the cottage on Jocko Lake with her family, especially with her grandchildren. She cherished the time that her nieces would join her for lunches.

Millie is survived by her loving children: Chris (Debbie) Tursky, Georgean (Gary) Simon, and Sharon (James) Martin; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; she is further survived by many nieces, and dear friends, especially, Penny. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, and one sister.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 18, 2023 from 2:00pm until 4:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave, with a funeral service to follow at 4:00 pm. Private burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Green Bay.
