Michael "Mike" Miller, 69, of Green Bay, beloved husband of Debbie (Jacquot) Miller and loving father, departed this life peacefully on May 5, 2021 at Odd Fellows.
Mike was born on May 13, 1951 in Green Bay, son of the late Penbroke and Florence (Johnson) Miller. He graduated the class of 1970 from Green Bay East High School. Mike worked for over 20 years at Packerland Packing. He then changed careers going to NWTC to obtain his CNA credentials. He worked for 14 years at Brown County Mental Health until his retirement. Mike belonged to several area Breakfast Clubs and enjoyed trips to the Casino. He loved having gatherings with his family and friends. He truly knew how to enjoy life, overcoming so many odds, but always had a wonderful attitude and smile to share. Mike truly loved people and the relationships in his life were the most important thing to him. He will truly be missed by so many, the world has lost a very special man.
Mike will be sadly missed by his wife of 24 years Debbie and two daughters: Meredith (Mark) Capelle and Molly Miller. He also leaves four brothers: Donald Miller, David (Debbie) Miller, Daniel Miller, and Jeff (Stacy) Budzban, along with sister-in-law, Diane Miller. Mike leaves his beloved grandchildren: Hannah (Josh) Novak, Emily (Max) Andrade, Rickey Bearup, Kennedy Miller, and Terajai Steward, and one great granddaughter, Ruby Andrade, and Baby Novak on her way in June in addition to mother-in-law Deloris Jacquot and sister-in-law, Brenda (Jeff) Parker. Mike also leaves numerous extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by a daughter Rebecca Miller, son-in-law, Kent Wilson and two brothers: Jerome and Douglas Miller, sister, Donna Miller, father-in-law Earl Jacquot.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 14th from 2 PM - 5 PM at Newcomer - Green Bay Chapel, 340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay. A service celebrating Mike's life will follow at 5 PM in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
