Michael "Mike" Manteufel Sr., 58, of Green Bay, WI., passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 30th, 2021. He was born on December 10th, 1962 to the late Elery and Luella (Wickman) Manteufel.
Mike is a graduate from East High School class of 1981. On June 3rd, 1989, Mike went on to marry Sue Ganter. Together they raised their two children Mike Jr. and Amanda in the Green Bay area.
Most recently, he worked for Expi-Door Systems.
Mike loved to hunt and fish. He was a fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers.
Mike is survived by his wife of 32 years, Sue; children: Mike Jr. and Amanda (Russ) Smith; sisters: Wendy (Bill) Jolly and Lynne Manteufel; father-in-law John (Carol) Ganter; sister-in-law Tina (Eric) Novotny; niece Kristy (Roman) Aronstein; nephews: Jason (Missy) Jolly and Justin Novotny. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his mother-in-law Marilyn Ganter.
Visitation for Mike will be held on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021, at Newcomer- Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI 54301) from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
