Mary E. Ridderbush, 83, of Crivitz, beloved wife of the late William C. Ridderbush Sr., passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Crossroads Care Center surrounded by her family.
Mary was born on January 28, 1938 in Wausau, daughter of the late William and Lucille (Murphy) Kiss. She and William were married in Wausau on March 29, 1958. They relocated to the Green Bay area in 1958 where they made their home. She was employed by various insurance agencies throughout her career, notably, Rondo Insurance, and later retiring from Murphy Alexander & Alexander. In retirement she and William moved to the Crivitz area where they resided until he passed away in 2019. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, needlepoint, and traveling earlier in their retirement. Mary was also an avid Green Bay Packers and Brewers fan.
She is survived by her three sons: William (Becky Rasmussen) Ridderbush Jr., Thomas Ridderbush, and James (Bonnie) Ridderbush. She also leaves five beloved grandchildren: Shaun (Sarah) Ridderbush, Andrew (Amanda) Ridderbush, Nicholas Ridderbush, Shelby Ridderbush, and Ryan Ridderbush, along with great grandchildren: Caydence Cristnot, Ari Ridderbush, Abraham Ridderbush, and Jackson Ridderbush. Mary also leaves a sister, Cathy (Bob) Mohelnitzky, and a sister-in-law, Peggy Kiss along with several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by a brother, William Kiss Jr.
Per Mary's request there will be no services. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Entombment will be in Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be directed in Mary's name to Unity Hospice.
