Mary Louise Jaklin

Mary Louise Jaklin was united with her beloved husband, Joseph "Merlin" Jaklin on Monday, September 09, 2013.

Known to her family and friends as Jane, she was born on September 25, 1923 to the late Ray & Elizabeth "Bessie" Wenner.

She was baptized and confirmed in St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Green Bay. Jane graduated from St. Patrick's School in 1938 and later West High School in 1942. She and Merlin were married at St. Patrick's in 1948, and both worked at Kraft Cheese. Later, Jane worked for Paper Converting Machine for 29 years, retiring in June 1986.

Jane's sister Betty and husband, Merlin precedes her in death. She is survived by her brother, Ray; sister-in-law, Denise; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and god-children.

Visitation will be from 11:00am until 1:00pm on Thursday, September 12, 2013, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay. Entombment will be at Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Santa Maria Nursing Home for the love and care they gave to Jane for so many years.
