Mary T. Bellisle

Mary T. Bellisle, age 89, a lifelong resident of Green Bay, passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 20, 2024, with her loving family at her side. She was born October 26, 1934, daughter of the late Frank and Mabel (Eland) Van Laanen and was a graduate of Green Bay West High School, Class of 1953.

Mary was united in marriage to Floyd Bellisle, July 30, 1955 at Annunciation Parish and they celebrated 66 years as husband and wife before Floyd passed away, August 30, 2021. She worked as a legal secretary for law offices in the Green Bay area.

Mary was an avid reader and enjoyed trips to Las Vegas and the local casinos with her husband, Floyd.

Mary is survived by her children: Scott Bellisle of Sturgeon Bay, Susan (Tom) Bellisle Faust of Lake Delton and Sarah Bellisle Graf of Chandler, AZ; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and a sister, Nancy Rogers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Floyd, her son, Steve Bellisle; brothers: Frank G., William, Mike and Leo Van Laanen; sisters, Marion, Vivian, June, Patricia and Carol Van Laanen; a daughter-in-law, Jane Bellisle and a son-in-law, James Graf.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI), Thursday, April 25, 2024 from 4 to 6 PM.
