Mary A. Bressers

February 15, 1957 — April 15, 2015

Mary Ann Bressers, age 58, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 surrounded by her family.
She was born in Green Bay, WI on February 15, 1957, a daughter of the late Donald and Genevieve (Van Der Wettering) Batey. She attended St. Mary Grade School, De Pere and was a lifelong resident of the area. Mary married Norman Bressers on February 7, 1981 and together they raised 5 children.
She was an avid collector of teddy bears of all kinds; however her greatest love was for her family. She will be sadly missed.
Mary leaves her husband of 34 years, Norman, her children: Chris Bressers, Jenny Rex, Rick Batey, Anna Paschke and Nettie (Victor) Schlagenhaft and 15 grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother Patrick (Marilyn) Batey and Theresa "Teri" (the late Lowell) Moreau, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Friends and relatives may call on Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 4 to 6:45 PM at the NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME (340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay). A funeral service will follow at 7 PM. Final rest will be private.
