Marlene Marie (Fischer) Kurth passed away February 16, 2022 after a battle with cancer.
She was born April 16, 1948 to the late LaVerne (Spude) & Wallace Fischer.
She had a passion for flower and vegetable gardening, crocheting and spending time with family. She was an active member of the Womens Auxillary in Denmark where she found many wonderful friends to surround her with love and compassion during her illness.
She is survived by her husband Bernard Kurth, Children Daniel (Melissa) Kurth, Annette (Jeremy) Smits, Shari Salas (Oscar) & Todd Kurth, Grandchildren Jesse Kurth (Becca), Cory Kurth (Tilly), Crystal Salas, Pedro Salas, Luis Salas, MacKenzie Smits & Austin Smits and one Great Grandchild Owen Kurth, her siblings Darrell (Terri) Fischer, Brenda (Mike) Schiesl. Marlene is further survived by many Brothers and Sister in Laws, Cousins and Friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents Wallace Fischer & LaVerne Berg, Step Father Eugene Berg, 2 infant children, Sister in law Genny Kurth, Brother in laws Joseph Kurth and Ervin Kurth.
In celebration of life there will be a gathering of family and friends at the American Legion Hall 130 Railroad Ave in Denmark on March 12 at 10 am.
