Marion Eva Mineau, age 93, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully, Friday, October 16, 2015, surrounded by her family. She was born September 17, 1922 in Oconto, daughter of the late Felix and Cecile (Brandel) DesJarlais.
Marion married Robert Mineau and they shared several years together until he passed away in 1967. She held several jobs during her life, starting as a teenager. She worked for the shoe factory, Pulaski, May Dury's Supper Club, Howard, Green Bay Food, Elks' Lodge and then as a live-in health care provider. Marion was a fantastic cook, most well-known for her kick-ass apple pie and she LOVED country music, animals and the Casino. Her family was her pride and joy.
Marion is survived by her 2 children, Norman Mineau of Green Bay and Aloha (Roy) Bishop of Ottawa, KS; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 11 great, great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter, Marion and her 7 sisters and 2 brothers.
Private services will be held by Marion's family.
