Marguerite "Margie" (Matzke) L. Wolf, age 76, was called into the open arms of the Lord because he loved her so, Monday, November 2, 2015. She was born, October 10, 1939 to Matthew and Leona Matzke in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Margie graduated high school from St. Josephs' Academy in 1957. She then graduated from Beauty School and worked in this vocation for several years before changing her employment to begin administrative work, retiring at the age of 73 as an admissions clerk for St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay.
In 1959 Margie married her soul mate Tom Wolf and together they had five children. Tom and Margie had 52 wonderful years together. Everyone loved Margie. You could consider yourself blessed if she came into your life.
Margie leaves behind three dedicated, devoted and loving children: Lisa (Arturo) Espingarda, Portugal, Patrick Wolf, So. Korea and Jessica Miller (fiancé John Najat), Verona WI. She is further survived by 4 grandchildren: Robert Miller, Cain Wolf, Jacinta and Catarina Espingarda; three sisters: Helen (Mick) DeVillers, Joanne (Chuck) Witham and Lyn Matzke ( fiancé Curt Thelen); sister- in- law, Lois Matzke; nieces and nephews and cousins by the dozens. Margie also left behind her two beloved cats, Smokey and Bandit, who continue to wait by the door for her return.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tom; sons, Timothy and John; brothers Bernard and Joe Matzke and her sister Rosemary (Mick) Schultz.
Friends and relatives may call at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, (340 S. Monroe Avenue, Green Bay), Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 10 AM to 12:45 PM. A memorial service will follow at 1 PM.
A special "Thank You" to Ken and Doreen Kluth, Tom And Mary Kluth, Molly Matzke, the staff at St. Vincent Hospital for their loving care, and God Bless her Guardian Angel Lyn Matzke.
