Pastor Manuelus Minoso Reacco Sr., 67, of Green Bay, passed away on October 28, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital. He born on July 9, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois, and was the cherished first son of the late Pastor Juan Jose Francisco Reacco and the late Mother Marva Reacco. Growing up in a Christian home, Pastor Reacco demonstrated early dedication to faith, serving as Junior Deacon and signing in the church choir. He worked in his father's business, "Reacco's Construction Company," where he developed a strong work ethic and honed his skills.
After high school, Pastor Reacco served in the United States Army, achieving the rank of Specialist before his honorable discharge in 1983. In his forties, while living in Waco, Texas, he found a personal relationship with Christ under the mentorship of Superintendent Richard Thomas, inspiring his lifelong passion for ministry. In 2003, he and his wife, Pamela Regina, moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin, where they were ordained as ministers and began their shared journey of service.
In 2005, Pastor Reacco founded "Total Finish Construction, LLC" and "Faith Tabernacle Outreach Ministries," an enduring light of hopein Green Bay, offering a soup kitchen, prison ministry, food pantry, the TADA support group, Feed the Homeless BBQs, Community Thanksgiving meals, and "Transformation House," a faith-based men's shelter. As the ministry evolved into "Next Level Ministries," Pastor Reacco continued his mission to serve and uplift his community.
He was preceded in death by his father Pastor Juan Jose Francisco Reacco, his mother Marva Reacco, and his son Rasheik Taburri ("Teak") Calhoun. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Pamela Regina; children, Manuelus Reacco Jr. ("Lil Man") and Rodric Griffin; siblings, Markitha Reacco, Carmentha Bruce, Santonio Reacco, Valencia Butts, Juanita Reacco, and Jose Reacco; granddaughter, Tatyauna (Tee) Tolbert; along with many cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Guided by his favorite scripture, John 3:16, his legacy of faith and compassion will continue to inspire all who knew him. Rest in eternal peace.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 15, 2024, from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at Next Level Ministries, 610 S. Broadway, Green Bay; funeral services will follow at 12:00 pm.
