Lydia "Liddy" (Soman) Fink, of Green Bay, began her journey of the spirit world on March 8, 2024, with family by her side. Lydia was born in Neopit, Wi on the Menominee Indian Reservation to the late Dorothea (Wabanascum) and Myron Soman.
Lydia is a mom to 3, grandma to 13 and a great-grandma to 1. Lydia was a crew trainer at McDonald's on Main Street in Green Bay for several years, a job she took pride in and enjoyed.
Lydia enjoyed a game of cribbage and spending time with her kids and grandkids. She also enjoyed watching her "shows" on TV.
Lydia is survived by her husband, Brent W. Fink; her children: Connie (Derrick) Wray-Church, David (Sarah) Wray, Jerry (Lindsey) Wray; sisters: Rose, Penny, Misty, Judy, Cindy and Lisa; grandkids: Cailey (Jonathan) Fritsche, Tony, Brady, Mo-Mo, Ava, Jaden, Brittani, Kayleb, Mitchil, Tay-Tay, Avianna, Aurelia and Ansleigh and great-granddaughter, Maddie.
Those who went before her: her parents, Dorothea and Myron Soman; brothers, Myron "Red" Soman and Michael Soman and the father of her children, David Wray Sr.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer-Green Bay Chapel (340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, WI), Sunday, March 17, 2024 from 1 to 3 PM. A celebration of her life and sharing of memories will follow at 3 PM. Please bring your favorite photo of Lydia to be placed on a poster board for the family.
