Luella M. Martin

November 1, 1920 — October 7, 2013

Luella Marion (Reynolds) Martin peacefully entered with our Lord on October 4, 2013, after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born in Elkhart, WI, to Augusta Margaret Gratz and Lewis John Reynolds. Luella had 2 brothers, Louis and Wilber and 3 sisters, Mildred, Helen and Dorothy.

She married William Martin on August 13, 1938 in Oconto, WI and gave birth to 6 children; William (Sue) Cashman, Judith (Allen) Kopczynski, Ken (Linda), Jack (Cyndi), Mary Lou (Jim) VanDeusen, and Dean (Mary).

Luella had a long life and began with farming alongside her husband of 52 years in Oconto and worked for Gardner Denver in Green Bay, before retiring. When she retired with her husband, they lived Twin Bridges, where she enjoyed fishing "Chocolate Drop Island" with her brother Louis, catching crappies, on High Falls and enjoying the great outdoor life. After William passed away, she moved back into Green Bay and enjoyed golfing, bowling and her favorite past time - Casino's with her 'special friend' Bartholomew (Bat).

She has many wonderful people to carry on her life and fond memories that includes her favorite people – her grandchildren; Cindy (Pat) McCabe, Michelle (Tim) Roach, Cathy ( Nick) Wold, Jim (Chris) Schefdore, David (Cathy) Schefdore, Bruce (Kristy) Schefdore, Lisa Martin, Michael (April) Martin, Jennifer Martin, Jody (Paul) Mondragon, Dan (Chris) Martin, James (Bobbie Jo) VanDeusen, Lori (Jesse) VanDeusen, Wendy (Scott) Nejedlo, Chad (Heather) Martin, Tony Martin, Tyler (Kendra) Martin and Brittany Martin.
