Lola Jane Topel, 71, Green Bay, passed away peacefully at home
surrounded by family on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 after a short
fight with stage 4 kidney cancer.
Lola was born on Dec 23, 1944, daughter of the late Hiram and Lola A.
(Richardson) Jepson. More than anything Lola enjoyed collecting Pepsi
memorabilia, hitting the flea markets, and spending time working on
her water garden. Her greatest pleasure was shared at the cottage

Lola is survived by her husband of 52 years, Franklin Topel, and their
6 children: Melonie (Scott) Bligiske, Sobieski, their children
Samantha Mayerhofer (Hailee and Alyzabeth), Melissa Mayerhofer
(special friend Josue Ramos, son Romyn), Zachary Mayerhofer (special
friend Courtney Magnin), and Austen Bligiske.
Kevin Topel (special friend Bernie and Jason Rosera) Green Bay, his
children Heather (Tyler and Bruce), and Josh (Nicole) Topel (Dallas
and Cheyenne).
Marlene (Toby) VandenHuevel, Oconto Falls, her daughter Stefanie
Binder (Connor and McKenzie).
Steven Topel, Green Bay, his children Tyler, Allison, and Anthony.
Wendy Topel (Special Friend Bob), Kewaunee, their children Heather
Klein (special friend Jeremiah, son Payton), Evin McGinnis, Montana,
Jesse, Cole (Jessirae), and Aaron (4 children).
Valorie Topel (special friend Mitchell), Green Bay, her children Jacob Cruz
(Jayce and Braxton), Chelsi Cruz (Dion and Emma), and Cory Topel (Grayson).
She leaves behind 6 siblings, Joann Quimby, Tom (Diana) Jepson, Jim
(Shirley) Jepson, Arlene (John) Hanrahan. Mike (Sue) Jepson, Patricia
Jepson. Sisters-in-laws: Pat (Ron) Strom and Lettie (Dennis) Pelto.
And many more family and friends
Lola is preceded in death by Skip Mayerhofer, Grandson Steven Topel,
and brother-in-laws Robert Topel and Dave Quimby.
