Linda L. (Laurent) Ramirez
Peacefully passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022 with her children by her side.
Linda was born in Green Bay on December 24, 1949 to the late Thalis and Roberta (Clark) Laurent.
Linda was employed at Pioneer Metal Finishing where she worked for 20 years. She retired in 2015. After retirement, Linda enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, playing games, watching movies, and cook outs. Also, she enjoyed planting gardens, doing arts & crafts with her great-grandkids, and she loved Christmas time with her family.
Linda is survived by Consuelo (Shawn) Ramirez, Mary Young, Kiely & Marcie Nichols-Ramirez, son-in-law Michael Lagers, 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers & sisters-in-law: Kenneth & Dawn Laurent, Robert & Pat Laurent, Raymond (Ray) & Pam Laurent, and nieces and nephews.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Thalis & Roberta (Clark) Laurent, her life long partner, Lawrence Cartier, a son, Guadalupe L. Ramirez III, a daughter, Melody (Laurent) Lagers, a son-in-law, Timothy Young, and a daughter-in-law, Stacey Ramirez.
Friends may call at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions (340 S. Monroe Ave Green Bay, WI) on Friday, December 16 from 5 pm - 7 pm with a service to follow at 7 pm.
Family would like to extend a special thanks to the third floor ICU staff at Aurora Bay Care.
