Lee H. Kaminecki, 72, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, December 26, 2021. He was born on September 10, 1949 to the late Lois and Chester Kaminecki.
Lee was a graduate of Preble High School and furthered his education at NWTC. After his schooling, he served in the Army National Guard. Throughout his career, Lee was employed at Pranges, Conard's, and Aurora Bay Care. Lee was a kind and caring person and loved his family. On his days off, he would pick up his nieces and nephews for a ride to the local grocery store for treats. He would also take his parent's dog, Emma, for a ride around the block. On a regular basis he would take his mom and dad to their favorite eating spot, Perkins. Unfortunately, Lee's health declined in 2018 and he moved to Reflections Memory Care where he lived until the time of his passing. We will all remember him for his kind heart and giving spirit and we will miss him dearly.
Lee is survived by his sisters: Joan (Lee) Collar, Lu Ann (Pat) Davis, and Laurie Brodhagen; his nieces and nephews: Lee Collar, Matt (Kristin) Collar, Todd (Becky) Collar, Elizabeth (Mike) Maggle, Jonathan Davis, and Maggie (Alex) Markovic.
In addition to his parents, Lee was preceded in death by his brother in law, Mark Brodhagen.
